If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations for fit or performance, our streamlined process ensures a hassle-free exchange or refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and protective armor is included, then secure the printed RMA form inside.

• 3.
  Ship to REV'IT!

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to be sent to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the gear's condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement exchange within 5-7 business days.
